Welcome to our new system. This site is designed specifically for the use of the North Carolina Association of Assessing Officers (NCAAO) and the North Carolina Tax Collectors' Association (NCTCA) organizations, their jurisdictions and associates.

NCAAO and NCTCA annual dues are now being processed. If you have been invited to log in as either a jurisdictional Tax Assessor or a jurisdictional Tax Collector, please do not change the First or Last names on your jurisdictional account.
