Candidate - Membership is open to any governmental (state and local) employees who are actively involved in property tax assessment in North Carolina and are actively engaged in the process of achieving an IAAO professional designation.

Designee - Membership is open to any governmental (state and local) employees who are actively involved in property tax assessment in North Carolina, have achieved an IAAO professional designation, and are willing and able to provide guidance and mentorship to current IAAO designation candidates.

Honorary - Membership is open to any governmental (state and local) employees who have achieved an IAAO professional designation who have retired and employees of vendors who have individually achieved an IAAO professional designation. Honorary members will act in an advisory capacity to the club.
