The North Carolina Tax Collectors’ Association (NCTCA) is a professional organization made of tax revenue directors and personnel representing counties and municipalities from all over the state of North Carolina. The charge from our governing boards is to annually collect all the revenue that is due our jurisdictions used to fund the services that our citizens request of their local government.
Many of our revenue directors and their staff are certified as Collectors through the North Carolina Tax Collectors’ Association.
Our organization strives to provide members the necessary education and training opportunities to perform our local duties to the maximum benefit of our citizens.
